Loot.co.za.... online shopping

What poor service from this online seller. I tried to buy a book in 2019.... it of stock.. loot kept the money as a credit in my account .. I tried to buy a laminating machine... that was listed on a discount .. it suited my budget very well ..OUT OF STOCK.... so the money went back into a credit .. I ended up ordering something that is probably a lesser machine than the first one I ordered .... I phone their customers line ***... and spoke to Amy ... WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND AIRTIME MONEY...NO HELP FROM HER AT ALL .... I asked if I could speak to a more senior person.. nooooo she cant do that . The worst service ever .. I would probably end up getting laminating pouches.... and no machine ...
