Loot.co.za No Customer Service

I placed a order on 12 Oct 2019 at Loot.co.za for a Polaroid PDG55H 1080p GPS Dash Cam for R1280.00. So i recieved my parcell on 16 Oct 2019 just to see they have sent me the wrong item. They have sent the Polaroid PD-E53H 1080p HD Dash Cam that has a market value of R700.00 and is now at Take@lot for R649.00. I contacted Loot and told them about the problem so they said they will sort it out. I told them i don't have a problem in keeping the wrong one they have sent to me but not for R1280.00 then i want a credit or refund on the outstanding amount. Today is the 21st Oct and they still have'nt sorted out anything. This is very bad customer service.
