Loot.co.za never ever again!!!

I ordered alot of Items online (south africa and overseas) but loot has the most shocking customer service (or better the lack of it) - they make Telkom and Home Affair look good!

Bought a Hisense TV and delivery was postponed a few times, promised dates were not kept (taking days off work for nothing) but eventually the TV arrived. than after a few month TV started to give problems (freezing, shut down, apps not working and so on) no problem TV has a warranty...

what a nightmare returning it to Loot.......organised a confirmed collection day - loot send fedex two days earlier . quick chat with loot - confirmed collection date still good - fedex : no show in next chat - loot organised a collection for next day early morning - fedex: no show and this did not just happend once.... loot and their partners dont keep their promises.

seems that this is the loot way to deal with returns/refunds: delay until customer gives up ?!
