Loot.co.za misery

Product I bought was sub standard in quality. Defective product. It has been months since they it's been with the supplier (MONTHS). No one can give me a answer as to when this is going to sorted out. I paid a lot of money and nothing has happened in over a month and a half. Very poor service and quality. My friends have also had major issues with the service and products they got from Loot.co.za
