Loot.co.za-just going through a difficult patch

I would like to revise my previous review concerning Loot. It seems that due to the lockdown they are struggling with huge orders and limited staff, hence their delayed response. However they did get back to me with the promise of a refund within 3 days. I have in the past had excellent service from them and am sorry for my haste in putting up a poor review, although it may have served in getting their attention quite quickly!
