Loot.co.za is unfortunately not a reliable service provider anymore

I have an order placed with Loot that on their system still shows a 28th May delivery expectation.

You cannot get through on their call centre number, repeated emails have gone completely unanswered.

I accept that we are living in a period where online deliveries are being used more than ever, however, this is completely unprofessional, their competitors have managed 3 time since May to deliver items to me on-time, or, they have corresponded when issues have caused some delay. I would not recomend that anybody consider utilising the services of Loot at this time.
