LOOT.co.za is the worst ever

I placed an order with Loot on the 06/05/2024 for 2 birthday gifts, mind you the birthdays have come and gone, and I still don't have my delivery. On the one item the delivery said 3-4 working days and on the other item it said 5-7 working days, my order came to R425, so naturally I added a third small item so my order can amount to R450 to adhere to Loots policy of a free delivery. I log on a few days later and my order states it will be delivered on the 21/05/2024. I contact Loot to express that these are birthday gifts and if I knew it would only be delivered on the 21/05/2024 I would never have ordered. No empathy received, they have an attitude of 'it is what it is' and I have to accept it. The lady then informs me my delivery will be on the 16/05/2024, Today is the 17/05/2024 and I still have not received my order. I then complain under one of their Facebook ads, my comment gets deleted without even addressing my issue. After rating them on Facebook I then realize how many other people have received the similar poor service from Loot, if only I had read those reviews before placing my order. So guys, my recommendation to you is to never use Loot, their service is disgusting and no after sales service what so ever!!!!!!!
