LOOT.co.za is terrible

If I could give a score lower than 1-star, I would. Loot is by far the worst online shopping facility I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I’ve called them, mailed them, tried to message them on Facebook, and still they’ve not corresponded. No status report on my parcel (that should have been delivered a week ago)- nothing. They should just save everyone the hassle of being tempted into doing business with them and close down preemptively.
