Loot.co.za is GREAT!

I have been using Loot.co.za for over 10 years for a variey of pruchasws, mainly books. They offer, in my opinion, a service that is far superior to that of their principal competitor.

- Loot's search-engine is dramatically superior, which enables one to locate products quickly and easily. Try the competitor's facility and search for "Three Men in a Boat". I got a response of "1 to many", with no indication how many; I gave up looking after 50 pages (1,000 'hits'; their system seemingly located and delivered every occurrence of every word individually, not as a single string. - I find their prices generally to be the lowest; - their "free-shipping" minimum-purchase (R350) is lower; - their "Save for later" facility is extremely useful; - Loot is linked to Woolworths' "My School" programmme, enabling one to support deserving causes; - their returns policy is very good. I have only once received a defective product - a misbound book, not their fault. It was collected from my house by courier, at no charge, and replaced at no charge; - their customer service is very good and sympathetic, especially if one accidentally places (and wishes to cancel) an order; - the recognition and identification of items that have previously been ordered is extremely useful, even if one is doing so deliberately; - their willingness to respond to requests for products not currently listed is good.

In summary, I have enjoyed outstandingly good service from Loot for many years and can unreservedly recommend them.
