Loot.co.za is disgusting

Placed an order on Loot.co.za on the 26th of October. Eta was 1st of November. Still no delivery. I have queried multiple times and everytime I get the same automated soppy response of them moving warehouses. No one is able to give me an eta for my delivery. This is digusting service. This was my 1st and very last order with loot.
