loot.co.za IS A TOTAL **** SITE AND A RIP-OFF. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I paid for an order from loot.co.za back in May, before the first lockdown, and they understandably took till after the lockdown to get the order from their supplier. BUT, after the lockdown, they told me that the order was being shipped via FedEx, and gave me a tracking number. That was a over a month ago, and the tracking number has never shown up as legitimate on the FedEx tracking site. After numerous emails of inquiring where the order is, loot.co.za informed me via email that my address was not a real address, and my order was undeliverable, even though it was correct, and that they had my incorrect phone number, which was a lie. I gave them my contact/address information again, as well as an alternate phone number. They responded that they had sent the info to their courier. Meanwhile the tracking number still didn't show up on the FedEx tracking site, or any other courier site in SA. Today (4/8/20) I got and email stating that the package had been returned to them as undeliverable, and that I would have to pay an additional R172 to have it re-sent. No one from any courier ever called any of my phone numbers, and no one tried to deliver the package. I have ordered a number of items from the "One Day Only" sales site, and have received numerous parcels from them, so my address is definitely deliverable. I have received numerous deliveries from other companies, as well. There are also other reviews on this board with the identical problem that I have had with loot.co.za. They are obviously straight-up ********. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM loot.co.za.
