Loot.co.za is a ****

This website is one big ****. I bought 2 textbooks on the 30th of March and I am yet to get them. I asked for a refund over 2 weeks ago and they approved it. I have them my baking details before the Easter weekend but still no money. When I asked them to check what's the hold up they told me my banking details are wrong. This is a lie because wize books sent my refund to the same banking details. I sent them a bank letter confirming my bank details but now they have resorted to ignoring my emails, it's been a week now of sending emails without getting a response. I am going to fail 2 of my Honours modules because this **** of a website is giving me a run around for my money. I've already missed one assignment because of this website.
