Loot.co.za is a nightmare --> DO NOT USE

Bought a defective gaming headset from them the 28th of March, contacted them and let them know of this after testing on multiple different pc's. They took a week to retrieve the product and today is the 30th of April and they still cant give me answers aside from a message they paste with a generic reply stating they are awaiting feedback from their suppliers tests. How hard is it to plug in a headset and hear it doesn't work. I have to beg to get a response from them and now that I am fed up and want my money back they have gone silent. This company is pathetic and I would strongly advise against using them, it is also clear what they think of their customers from the lack of response from them on Hello Peter.
