Loot.co.za inefficient

I logged a return on the 12th of May. Loot.co.za has been promising that FedEx is on its way to fetch the product so that my refund can be processed. No joy yet. Everytime I follow up, I'm told FedEx is on its way. A month later, nothing yet. Highly disappointed.
