Loot.co.za ignoring customer queries and not delivering

I'm so disappointed with Loot.co.za. I ordered two books amounting to R689 on 16 June 2020 and I was informed that delivery would be in 10 July 2020 the latest. To date '6weeks later', I still have not heard from Loot.co.za nor have my books been delivered. All I have received and continue receiving is some automated response about delays due to lockdown I don't buy this **** at all. Takealot delivered my son's phone in less than two days. I want my books by end of this week and will be making use of Takealot.com moving forward. Loot.co.za service is appalling to say the least. Get some of your officials to deal with customer queries. JEEZUS!!!
