Had a pleasant aftersales experience with a gas stove gas oven product bought from loot in June. We only identified after a few days that the glass front door had a hairline crack, possibly from transporting. Notified loot who then investigated and had the product returned in two days together with a replacement product. Happy with the stove/oven and happy with the quick responses and levels of service from loot.
