Loot.co.za fails to deliver

I recently bought a canon digital camera via Loot. it was supposed to be delivered to a collection point in fish hoek. (around 7th feb.) to this date, nothing arrived. on my attempt to get an update, I got one mail saying loot will follow up, since then nothing. I wrote another email, nothing... I find this customer care very poor.
