I ordered an online product from this company on 22/1/2021. To date it has still not been delivered to my selected point of delivery. I have emailed them, with no reply. I phoned their number on Monday 8/2/2021, and asked to escalate the matter to a Supervisor. I was told they would call me back. Still no response.
