Loot.co.za: Don't do it

Cannot log into the website as they never send a reset email ( tried 3 times over the past few weeks). Telephone assistance has been non-existent with promises and no response, resulting in my R500 voucher expiring and no attempt to help recover the funds. My purchase took a very long time only to be told they couldn't supply one of the items. Not reliable, and I would not trust this organization ever again.
