LOOT.CO.ZA DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS - ONLY THEIR MONEY

LOOT.co.za is one of the worst online shops that I dealt with in my life. I have placed an order for my mothers 70th birthday. Just to find that when she opened it, it was totally the wrong product. I returned the product and it is now one month and I still dont have the correct product. I have been phoning Loot for the last 3 weeks almost 3-5 times a week. All they do is promise that they will get back to me , but they ignore that totally. I requested that a supervisor or manager phone me, they care even less. I was now promise 3 delivery dates, all three has come and gone. Today I phone them again just to hear that they dont know where the package is and that they will contact me as soon as they know. If I can sum this company up in one word it would be " PATHETIC "
