Loot.co.za does not sort the problem out they make excuses

Loot.co.za doesnt reply to emails or answer the phone they only respond through messenger and they don't even have the facts straight they are making excuses for cancelling my order FXLZ-281-B600, Loots has to honour the price they advertised the gas braai at, I paid for it and got an invoice which is a contractual agreement. Loot fist said there was no stock and when I proved there was they said the supplier put up there price, that has got nothing to do with me, they have to be accountable for there actions.
