LOOT.CO.ZA DOES NOT DELIVER

We placed an order (paid and paid for the express delivery) on the 17 March 2017 for a laptop (Order No.BDHT-180-B020) and to date it still has not arrived and we received no communication from Loot.co.za. Exprees delivery fee is suppose to make the delivery within 48hours while normal deliver is within 10 days. I call them this morning and no reasoning of the delay given only a promise it will be dispatched#$#@@!
