It is unfortunate that the lowest rating is one star. Loot.co.za is an online retail company, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I bought a hard drive for a NAS System. The drive was faulty as from the start. it was returned in May 2023. Up to today no answer or feedback or callback as promised. Numerous emails, and phone calls made to them, all with the same promise "We will get back within an hour with feedback". Nothing not even a missed call. The name Loot is not the chosen name by chance it means what it stands for "LOOT".
