LOOT.CO.ZA DELIVERY SUCKS - THEY SAY DELIVERY IN 24 HOURS - UNTRUTHFUL

This is what i have written to Loot this morning Mon 29 Oct 2018. I ordered and paid for an icecream maker on Thurs 25 Oct around 9.30 am. I chose the Priority courier and paid extra so that i could get 24 hours delivery. Sadly the order is not even completed yet.

"I have just checked your delivery on your website and you are so clever with your words – • Priority courier. In main centres, this will reach you the next business day after we dispatch your order.

I have just checked and my order is still not Completed. So you use the words Despatched in your terms and conditions. On my account on your website you use the words Completed. Well, I wish to advise you that I will never ever again buy from you.

Takelot delivers the next day or 2 days later – and they do not lie about dispatch, completed or whatever words you would like to use. Your service sucks badly and i am still waiting for my machine. For reference here are the details - NGGC-205-B240 25 OCT 2018 8:43:33
