I placed 2 orders within 24 hours. Nothing went right with either order. 1. They took payment for stock they did not have. 2. They tell you that you can track a parcel on their website. This is not true. Nor can you track a parcel via their courier Fedex. But you are given a tracking number!!! 3. I have unanswered mails regarding whereabouts of goods that have been dispatched (so they say). 4. They have a phone number but your cannot phone them - you have to contact by email. 5. Am told parcels are undeliverable - this is not true. We get regular deliveries by other couriers with no complaints and no excuses. 6. Both parcels are returned to Loot who then, in both instances requests an almost equal amount of the original price paid to redeliver. In both cases, if I had not persisted in asking them to track parcels there would be no further action taken by themselves. Two attempted purchases. Two disasters. An awful experience. Stay away from Loot.
