Loot.co.za cannot handle large items

Loot.co.za cannot handle large items, I purchased an item from loot which showed "in stock" delivery 3-5 working days. When I checked out it indicated the item will be shipped latest 03.09.2019. To my surprise this was the date they picked the item (14 days after purchase date), they then 2 days after picking the item chose the WORST delivery service provider Time Freight. My parcel has been on route for 7 working days, and everytime I query about the delivery I am told the parcel will be delivered on that day. The parcel was to be delivered on Friday, then Monday, Then Tuesday, it is Wednesday and I am not getting any respond from Loot.co.za or Time Freight
