Loot.co.za bad service

I ordered a fridge and a washing machine from Loot the 26 Janaury 2019.I got a response saying the goods will be delivered mid February.The washing machine arrived but not the fridge.They have been promising me every week that the fridge will be here but still no fridge.They send me the mails on the day the fridge is supposed to be delivered telling their stock has still not arrived.Now I have moved into a new house with no fridge,you csan only imagine what it is like without a fridge.I sent them an e-mail stating that this service is not acceptable and they turned around and told me,it is out of their hands i have to just accept it. Not sure if I am being petty here but if this happened anywhere else in the world,the company responsible would do something to rectify this??I just feel as Loot is a olnine company they do not have to worry about service etc. Regards Shane Brummer
