Loot.co.za - ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING

Absolutely appalling aftersales service. I have been waiting for my order for more than 3 months. They do not reply to my email enquiries. When I placed my order it said stock was available and just after I had paid received an email to say item is not in stock. I have no idea if my order has even been sent to the supplier because I get absolutely no feedback from Loot. To make matter worse I converted Discovery points to get a Loot voucher and even if they refund me the cash portion I will not be able to get the voucher value back. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. This was my first order from them but will not make that mistake again. 😡
