Terrible service! do not order from Loot. My order is taking much longer than what was communicated and there is no way of contacting them. I can't get through on their phone number. I receive no reply to my emails. Doubt I'll be using them ever again!!

I did buy a UNISA textbook in June 2020 and that got delivered within a week, so I'm writing off this terrible experience to the Covid-19 Lockdown, but not before pursuing all avenues to get a refund.
