Absolutely horrible after sales service.

Sent a set of earbuds back at the end of Jan2023 because it stopped working. It's been 3 months and I still have not received a replacement. At first my enquiries were being ignored. Then they had issues with their supplier. Eventually they promised that it would be sent to me, now the courier company forgot to pick it up.

And now again I'm being ignored.
