Tardy and unreliable. Ordered and paud 2x1kg African grey pellets on 27 June. Indicated stock available. Promised dispatch on 4 July, then changed to 11 July, and confirmed, by email, shipping that day. On 13 July received an email advising that they do not have stock, will try and source. Sinse then they ignore all request for info.
