Loot - Worst service ever

Be careful when you order from Loot as they are unreliable and honestly don’t care.

I ordered goods for my sons birthday from Loot in August. These orders were delayed from the original order delivery date. I then received an email from Loot on Monday the 25th September advising that the courier was in receipt of these orders and I could expect delivery. Today Wednesday 4th October I still have not received these orders.

I emailed Thursday the 28th Sep and got a generic answer that they would be delivered. They were not. I phoned yesterday to query and got promised feedback from a the consultant. Nothing - no reply from Loot no delivery. This morning I phoned again and I got the same we will look into it and let you know – which we all know they wont. I was also not allowed to get the couriers detail to contact them directly nor was I allowed to speak to any manager.
