Loot - worst ever customer services

Loot's customer service does not exist. Loot delivered the wrong product THEIR ERROR nearly two weeks ago, the Contact no on their site *** doesn't exist. A ticket ID 194237 was issued by LOOT Customer service on Monday 10 December 2022 and no further contact. They have my cash - I have no Christmas gift! And obviously without any point of contact as emails are unanswered - they couldn't care less. My advice - avoid LOOT!
