LOOT WORSE ONLINE STORE EVER

I purchased a LG 43 inch smart TV and the brand new tv came without *****s to ***** the tv base stands on the tv, its been absolutely frustrating at their slow response times, or dispatching the missing parts, or sending a replacement product. They asked for photos which i sent them using the instruction manual, and they will just not resolve the issue. they want to do an assessment. I contacted LG who said i should contact Loot. I am at the point of ordering the *****s x 2 which costs R110 more. This is really disappointing that the online stores have such poor customer service levels and cannot resolve a simple issue. They do not have quality controls in place either
