Loot will loot your time and money

I had placed an order for a book that is quite essential to my studies . The website had said free delivery and that the book would be delivered within 7-14 working days . After payment of my book on the 02/03/2020 I received an email confirming my purchase with an indication that the latest date of shipping would be on the 19th of March 2020. I had called the helpline on the 16/03/2020 and the consultant on the end of the phone could not track my package or even say when I could expect the book. I expressed my concerns with the delay which in no way had bothered the sales consultant. She had even indicated that the book could arrive even after the 19/03/2020.This is very poor service . I expected more from Loot, but it seems they place no value for customer service . It seems they just want loot our money . This will be the first and last time that I use Loot.
