LOOT - WHERE ARE MY PURCHASED GOODS

I purchased 2x items from LOOT on 11/10/2022. I then received 2x emails from LOOT, stating that the 1x item was not in stock and that the promised delivery date would be delayed. These emails were received on 21/10 and 26/10/2022. On 03/11/2022, a LOOT parcel was delivered to my DOOR. Upon opening it, I discovered that there was only 1x item in the parcel. This was the item that LOOT was allegedly awaiting stock of. The 2nd item which was allegedly in stock was not in the parcel. The Packaging Slip in the parcel stated that the parcel only contained 1x item, which was in the parcel. No mention was made of the 2nd item. I immediately sent an email to LOOT Customer Care and later received an automated reply with a 'Ticket Number'. There has been no further response from LOOT. 2x further emails to LOOT Customer Care have been unanswered (except for the automated reply). I found a cell phone number for LOOT and contacted them on 09/11/2022 speaking to Ibrahim. He confirmed that the 2nd purchased item had not been couriered and was somewhere in the warehouse. He promised to call me back with more information. Today is 16/11/2022. Still no response from LOOT as to the whereabouts of my purchased item. The item which was delivered is useless to me without the 2nd item purchased.

I have made many online lur8, and can state that LOOT is the worst online purchasing site which I have ever used. Delays in delivery, non-delivery of items AND lack of Customer Care. I home know if I will ever receive the goods which I paid for. 5 weeks have passed (and the same items are available in all local stores in my area).
