Loot wants cookies

For the second time during COVID Loot's website is dysfunctional. It starts on Saturday (I wonder why only then?) and lasts until someone wakes up at the company on Monday and resets the server which has been asking for cookies the whole week-end. Knowing the server is faulty, why don't they do a proper job of fixing it so the problem does not recur?
