Loot Voucher Duration Mix-ups

This review should not reflect on Loot's superb product choices, prices, or regular customer service.

During their 17th Birthday celebrations, Loot offered its clients various discounts and vouchers, which all had certain time constraints attached to them, though some time period were not as visible as they should have been.

When I contacted Loot through email and through Facebook Messenger, I received two different answers regarding the time period of a promotional voucher. I then received a different time entirely regarding the expiration of my voucher on my account.

I take a long time deciding and researching my purchases and could not claim my voucher due to the fact that I received two incorrect answers regarding the voucher's duration.

The savings would not have been monumental, but there was a gap in communication regarding a promotion. Something that can be addressed to further improve the otherwise near-perfect buying experience.
