Loot too slow for Christmas

I ordered an item 14 Dec, should have been 4-5days for delivery. Was delivered on the 27th!!!! So between the 14th and Christmas I ordered same item from bt games and they delivered within 2 days, well in time for Christmas. I'll be sending back the loot order as they missed Christmas.
