Loot Terrible Experience

I made a purchase more than 2 weeks ago, 29 July, to be exact and haven't received any feedback regarding the status of my order. The most interesting thing is that I've made 2 purchases from Takealot after the Loot order and both orders are with me. I sent an email, guess what... No Response!

What a terrible experience. This retailer is not serious about the sustainability of its business. I know they don't need my money, but I still feel the need to put it out there that I will NEVER bother with them again!!!
