Loot struggling to resolve returns

I bought a Oztrail Seascape Dome Tent just before Christmas 2016. I received the tent but realised that there where some flaws on some of the stiched panels with one of the gaps over 30cm long.

I notified Loot and send some pictures through to proof the defects on the 9th of Janauary 2017.

The tent was retured and on the 18th they responded (after many telophonic follow-ups): " Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in resolving this for you. We have not had any feedback from our supplier and will follow up with them again today. Thank you for your patience and once again, we are very sorry for the delay."

I needed the tent for a camping weekend and they managed to send me my tent back (they realised it wasn't fixed by the supplier). I then received a tent but it wasn't mine and clearly belonged to another customer (this time the tent had holes all over the ground sheet). After my camp I returned the tent again on the 18th of February.

I then asked them to replace the tent with a new one as I am not convinced that the supplier and/or Loot know what they are doing.

On the 13th of March they rep**** (after numerous requests): " We have confirmed that your return is at our suppliers. We've asked them to update us as soon as possible on the progress of the examination. We will follow up with them regularly and do our best to ensure that they complete this promptly. Thanks once again for your patience."

Since then no reply what so ever. On the 22nd of March a sent a mail and phoned with absolutely no response.

What a shame that you are able to do so much in the public eye but after sales pulles you down.
