LOOT *****S MONEY BECAREFUL, YOU ORDER AND PAY BUT THEY DON'T DELIVER

The worst online shop ever, i am definitely going back to TAKEALOT. during level 5 i ordered (16 Apr 2020 7:21:59 PM) a number of items under order number DHXG-270-B060 which fell under essential items. A month later i get something i did not even order and what i had actually ordered is no where to be found. i immediately connected LOOT about this, ( i still have all the emails i sent) because since May they claim to be open but our call are not going through. i specifically ordered a 3 piece roaster set ( product number *** ***) till today it has not been delivered and i have made countless calls and emails trying to follow up on this and no assistance has been given and worse of all MY MONEY WAS NEVER RETURNED FOR THIS PRODUCT. i want my money back because now i see you have even changed my order online without even confirming with me.
