Loot software systems and infrastructure not able to deal with online order business

I placed and paid for my order just to find out 2 days later that they have abandoned my order as it has not been paid. That after I sent a email the same day as I noticed there is a problem with their software I sent proof of payment on the day (which they should have had in the first place as I used their payment system) but another 2 days later after another proof of payment - no word from them When I follow-up with them - feedback is that there is no progress as my order has been abandoned ! Loot obviously do not have robust software system and infrastructure yet to deal with an online order platform. If I order through TakeALot - I would have had my order already Based on my experience - I will not order through Loot again
