Loot should be called Looting. *****ing and ****ty after sales service.

I have waited since the 12 of October for my order. A **** load of airtime and phone calls later the call centre staff were awesome but couldn't even help me. The courier company has taken my order and hasn't communicated with them or me at all. Here I am still waiting after I paid 2 weeks ago. I am ****ed off and no one is assisting me.
