Loot - Shockin lack of service and profesionlism

My first and last dealings with Loot ever. Ordered and paid on 23 Nov, delivery only occurred on 30 Nov after multiple fights and shocking non professionalism from support staff and their Supervisor. Stay away from Loot as far as you can!!!!!!!!!!!!
