Loot services suc****!

Not very happy with their. Ordered and paid for schoolbags in January. They indicated that delivery would be on or befoee the 7th of January 2019 which suited me perfectly. The bags did not arrive on the 7th or within that week. My husband called and was informed that they were waiting on stock. They would get back to him. We waited a few days and nothing. My husband called them again and they still didnt habe stock. They were trying to source it from another supplier. Again we waited. We called again. They told us they dont have stock of the black bags but that they had it in another colour. So we ordered the alternative. Waited....and no nothing again. We called again and they apparently did not have stock of that colour either. We decided to cancel the order. We were refunded fairly quickly though. However, I am so dissapointed with their service. We had to call them everytime. Will never make use of them again.
