Loot sells book supposedly in stock, but they do NOT have stock

I ordered a book from LOOT.co.za on the 4th of December 2019 because LOOT.co.za stated that the book is in stock. Since then today (30 December) I did not receive the book. When I phoned customer care they just shrug their shoulders and say that it is not LOOT.co.za but their supplier that is out of stock. This sounds to me as if LOOT.co.za is hiding the truth and sell books as if it is in stock, BUT it is NOT in stock!! Shocking!!!
