Loot selling defected items against reduced prices
Ordered an item on sale which was not working when I received it. Please be careful not to order movie discs on sale from loot as the suppliers are getting rid of their defected stock with a low price with the hope of the customer not returning the items.

We assure you that Loot would -never- intentionally sell defective items.
There may be occasions where defective items arise but will always replace items or refund in full.
Please accept our apologies that your item is not in 100% working order.
If there seems to be problems with a certain product, our suppliers usually withdraw their stock for testing. We are confident they too would never intentionally sell defective items.
As mentioned in our emails, in terms of our returns policy, we are happy to send our courier to collect the defective item from you, at no cost to you.
