LOOT - ********!

placed my order with them, paid for it. When you contact them via email - you dont get any response, no answer from the call centres. Contacted them on FB they have requested to send my order number through PM - which i did, they did not even read their messages even if you comment on their wall etc. All you get is ignorance. Loot is a total ****. Looking at their reviews people who bought from them in 2019 is still awaiting their parcels.
