Loot **** do not be tempted to purchase online.

I have attempted to communicate both by email and telephonically and no response forthcoming.

My Order was placed 23 December 2020..cost R1402. Loot was unable to source product for collection by end December as originally indicated on 23 Dec 2020.NOTIFICATION AND ORDER THEN the order was CANCELLED. .The NEXT automated response and email NOTICATION apologies and suggests that it was shipped on 5 JANUARY. AND WOULD BE READY BY 8 January. I have a long email trail and numerous telephonic conversations - the most recent being with Jillian who barely apologized for the poor service and the fact that my money had at that point not been refunded. It is now more than one month later since I ordered an external hard drive which Loot was unable to deliver . This necessitated my need to cancel order in December before it was shipped. After a several futile attempts and three successful attempts at contacting them,now hey have gone completely silent on the matter despite zjillian acknowledging that the refund was long overdue. Thankfully I have resisted the temptation to purchase from them since. They flood my email daily but I will in future rather not purchase from these ************ - Loot. Co. Za
